"I coach a high school girls lacrosse varsity program. In the begining of the season, I chose to take a few risks during tryouts and keep the "most athletic" girls on my varisty team. I knew that I could make a great athlete into a great lacrosse player. Throughout our season, this seemed to be very much the theme. I had an overwhelming amount of individual great lacrosse players.

Since we were one of the more competitive teams in the leauge, we won most games at ease. However, once we played a particular rival, we ended up losing to them twice, by more than a few goals. Nevertheless, this team haunted my girls. I needed to find a way to make my 20 individuals a team. I tried mutilple team building activities, I even let them see a very emotional side of me, but for some reason, we still played like a bunch of individual athletes.

One day, Cat came to my practice and took the entire team through a session of EFT. They bought into it very much we continued it a daily ritual before our practices and games. With a few games left in the season, we were about to enter into the CIF tournament. I knew that my girls had the ability to win the whole thing, and I had told them that all along. The key was that we needed to peak at the right time. We made it through the first two games of the tournament and it was like I was coaching a completely different team.

They were communicating better, trying harder, and most importantly they looked like they were having more fun. I had Cat come back for another session before the championship, which was against the dreaded team that we lost to twice already earlier in the season. After Cat left, I knew my girls were ready!  We went on to win the Championship 13-9, and to be honest it wasn't even a game. I have never seen my girls play as well as they did. 

Good teams win games, but great teams peak at the right time. I hands down believe that Cat Behan and EFT had a huge impact on my team peaking at the right time and winning the CIF championship.  We couldn't have done it without Cat"!
